Foothill Community Health Center (FCHC) is a vital resource for thousands of uninsured and low-income women, men, and children in East San Jose who cannot afford insurance or private health care. The FCHC was formerly known as the San Jose Foothill Community Clinic (SJFFCC).
Our clinic mobilizes physicians and other qualified health care providers in order to create an extensive health care delivery system serving the entire East San Jose.

Foothill Community Health Center is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) which is an integral part of delivering services as defined by the Medicare and Medicaid statutes. FCHC receives grants under Section 330 of the Public Health Service Act.
